Eric grew up in the Burlington area. He graduated from the University of Utah before serving in the Peace Corps. Upon returning from Guatemala he started a career in agriculture. The last 15 years of his life have been dedicated to farming and family. During his limited free time Eric likes to sail, golf or ski, depending on the season.

Keenann grew up in Connecticut and never dreamed of being an organic vegetable farmer.  After spending a few years in the Florida Keys, she made her way to Vermont. She spent the first few years raising children, teaching elementary school and always gardening.  First the small veggie garden, then the laying hens, then the greenhouses, tractors, lambs and pigs.  One thing led to another and she's living the farm life.
